The panther Bageera discovers an abandoned boy in the jungle. She entrusts him to a family of wolves who raise him as a little cub. When Mowgli is ten, his life is threatened by the tiger Shere Kahn. To save the child from his cruel fate, the wolves decide to entrust him to the people of a neighboring village. Bageera takes him there. The trip is full of very strange encounters.
