To draw attention to the climate crisis, Nora plans to throw a can of tomato soup at a famous painting. As she prepares her protest, she becomes increasingly fascinated by the 19th-century painter, who, through his tranquil landscapes, resisted the rise of industrialisation.

The earth is flooded. Nora’s dad has built an ark to save all the animals. Nora is particularly worried about the insects that she loves so passionately. But Dad says no; there’s no room on the ark for pesky creepy-crawlies, not even for Nora’s best friend, Billy the Beetle.

Lars (10) has two passions: football and dogs. He lets off steam on the football pitch, but also feels right at home at dog shows, together with his family and his faithful poodle, Noortje. But training sessions, shows and school are becoming too much. It’s a tough choice: football or dogs?

During break time, Lazare, Margot, and Joël watch through the classroom windows as their classmates are sucked up by a cloud and vanish into the air. Frightened, they stand firm. But from his wheelchair, Lazare has a very different perspective on the catastrophic event.
