When the father Sukbath is in great debt, 11-year-old Sukbath must help him. He joins a dangerous race in the Mongolian steppe, on a half-wild horse. The relationship between father and son intensifies, as does that between Sukbath, his horse and the steppe. This film maps to preserve nomadic traditions, in a beautiful setting.
