Peter is an ordinary American boy whose parents die suddenly. Peter is not told what happened to them, but ends up with “Gramp,” a kindly old circus performer. When Peter learns that he has become an orphan, his hair suddenly turns green. Peter becomes the target of bullying and misunderstanding. This film, a parable about diversity and equality, has long been blacklisted. Totally unjustified, we think!
