Beste vrijwilligers,

Het is bijna zover. Filem’On Internationaal Filmfestival voor Jong Publiek is toe aan de 13de editie en zal plaatsvinden van 23 oktober tot en met 2 november 2019 op verschillende locaties in Brussel. Ook dit jaar zijn we druk in de weer om een dynamisch en gemotiveerd team van vrijwilligers samen te stellen.

Zou jij graag op het filmfestival werken, gelijkgestemden vinden, regisseurs ontmoeten en allerlei mensen uit de filmwereld ondersteunen door mee te werken op ons filmfestival? Als vrijwilliger kan je instaan voor verschillende functies: het gastenonthaal, het publieksonthaal, workshops begeleiden, de presentatie verzorgen, aan de bar werken of chauffeur zijn voor de verschillende gasten. Ook hebben we opnieuw locatiecoördinators nodig die zich gedurende het hele festival willen vrijmaken om één specifieke locatie te coördineren.

Dinsdag 17 september van 18u30 tot 20u30 organiseren we een vrijwilligersavond in de Kazernestraat 33 te Brussel, op de tweede verdieping. Die avond zullen we jullie van meer informatie voorzien en kunnen we jullie persoonlijke vragen beantwoorden. Gelieve aanwezig te zijn als je je hebt ingeschreven als vrijwilliger of indien je interesse hebt om je in te schrijven.

Chers bénévoles,

Le moment est presque arrivé, le Festival International de Cinéma Jeune Public, Filem’On, fête sa 13ème édition cette année du 23 octobre au 2 novembre 2019 à differents endroits à Bruxelles. Nous aimerions vous inviter comme bénévole à faire partie de notre équipe dynamique et motivée !

Voulez-vous travailler pendant le festival et avoir l’opportunité de rencontrer des réalisateurs et toutes autres personnes dans le monde du cinéma? En tant que bénévole vous avez la possibilité travailler à différents postes: à l’accueil, la présentation, l’animation des ateliers, au bar ou comme chauffeur. Nous cherchons aussi des coordinateurs pour les différents lieux de Filem’on. En tant que coordinateur des lieux du festival vous êtes responsable des bénévoles travaillant dans un des cinq lieux de Filem’on. Ce qui est important pour les coordinateurs des lieux: ils travaillent tout le festival et ils reçoivent une rémunération.

Mardi 17 septembre de 18h30 à 20h30 nous organisons une soirée pour les bénévoles dans la rue de la Caserne 33 à Bruxelles, sur le deuxième étage. Cette soirée nous allons vous donner plus d'information et répondre à tous vos questions. Veuillez être présent quand vous êtes inscrit comme bénévole ou en cas d'intérêt pour devenir bénévole.

Dear volunteers,

It’s almost there! The International Film Festival for Young Audiences Filem’on is holding it’s 13h edition this year from 23 October until 2 November 2019 at different locations in Brussels. We are looking for volunteers to join our dynamic and motivated team.

Would you like to work on the festival and meet filmmakers and many different people in the world of cinema? As a volunteer you will be working in one of the many fields of the festival. You can work at the guest reception, receive the audiences and provide them with necessary information, take care of the presentation, work at the bar or be a driver for the guests. We are also looking for location coordinators. As the location coordinator you will be responsible for the team of volunteers at one of our five locations in Brussels. Location coordinators have to be available the whole festival and will receive a remuneration.

Tuesday 17 September from 18:30 until 20:30 we organise an evening for the volunteers in the Kazernestraat 33 in Brussels, on the second floor. That evening we will inform you about our festival and your tasks and we can respond to your questions. We recommend to attend that evening if you are subscribed as a volunteer or if you have interest to become a volunteer.
