17 year old Marty McFly accidentally travels back to the year 1955 with Dr. Emmett Brown’s time machine. By doing this he disrupts the encounter between his father and his mother in 1955. To make matters worse it seems there isn’t enough plutonium to travel back, which causes Marty to be stuck in history. Marty gets help from 1955-version of Dr. Brown and together they work out a plan to return to 1985. Before he can do this however, Marty has to get his parents back together, otherwise he will never be born.
