On the last day of school, Luc Chicoine brings his grandfather’s military horn to school. His classmates mock him, but Luc proposes to play ‘war’ during the vacations. He gathers the boys in the barn where they keep their ‘weapons’ and writes down the rules of their war. A tribute to André Melançon, who died in August 2016 and charmed an entire generation with his films (this one and “Bach et Bottine”).
