When baby ducks crawl out of the egg, they immediately go in search of their mother. Bad luck for Cathy! She receives a gift of a duck egg for her tenth birthday, but it is her best friend Margaux who is chosen by the chick as its mother. Margaux, however, cannot take care of the little animal. She is in a wheelchair, and besides, her parents don’t want the cute critter in the house. “Peak Chicks” won several awards and like its predecessor “A pas de loup”, this Belgian film by the Ringer brothers is another hit!
