Filem’On opens this year’s festival with an unforgettable ciné-concert for all ages, in the main theme of this 2019 edition “Incredible Inventions”. Five animated short films, made by various techniques such as shadow play, cut out 2D and 3D, are being musically accompanied live by two musicians from Brussels: Falk Schrauwen (percussion) & Mathieu Robert (saxophone). The icing on the cake is provided by the students of the elementary school “De Muziekladder” (Schaarbeek) who made a soundtrack for two of the shorts. With the support of Jeugd En Muziek Brussel.
