11-year-old Rocca, a clever, creative and brave girl who lives all by herself in defiance of her teachers and police, has to fight to keep her independence. She will prove to everyone that a child also has the power to change the world. A movie that will remind you of Pipi Longstockings films and leaves you with a feeling of positivity, fun and ingenuity. Director Katja Benrath was nominated for an Oscar for her award-winning short film, “Watu Wote: All of Us”.
