Lucho, a 13-year-old trans boy, doesn’t usually share much time with his father. When he goes on vacation with him and his younger sister, the new intimacy puts their relationship to the test. The film won the Crystal Bear for best short film at the Berlinale, Generation K+.

From the Pullman apartments, where they live, to a touristic nightlife area in Palma de Mallorca, they encounter various characters who will change their lives forever!

Pullman is an authentic and adventurous road-movies as well as a critical portrait of low-cost tourism in Palma De Mallorca. The film competed in BUFF Film Festival in Sweden.

Daniel ’16

Daniel, a German teenager, is sent to Greece, in a juvenile offender community, to serve his sentence. There, in an abandoned village of Evros river area, near the border with Turkey, he experiences unprecedented emotions and is confronted with some difficult dilemmas… His final decision will surprise everyone. We experience Daniel’s painful passage from fear and suspicion to acceptance and trust from closeby.

With this feature film the director wants to tell a story of hope, of people making connections and communicating, despite the language barrier and their different nationalities. The film was selected for Giffoni Film Festival 2020.

Veins of the world

Eleven-year-old Amra is a child of the Mongolian steppe, where he lives in a traditional nomad community.. Amra watches YouTube clips with his friends and dreams of making an appearance on Mongolia’s Got Talent. At home, the grown-ups convene to discuss the group’s future. Global mining companies and their hunger for gold represent an imminent threat to the herders’ way of life. When his father falls victim to a fatal accident, the challenges of harsh reality force Amra to abandon his childhood fantasies and to honour his father’s legacy. A humble family portrait, in contrast to beautiful, unlimited nature landscapes, that might be lost soon. The film premiered at the Berlinale Film Fest.
