After 14 years at the Perwez cultural center "Le Foyer" in Walloon Brabant, and 9 years as a member of the FIFF team, Frédéric created the Perwez ciné-club, which is now part of the Foyer program. Co-coordinator of the "Vivre Debout" Social Film Festival (which became the PIFF in 2024), he expanded the program to include school screenings and themed evenings, and supported associations offering film screenings.

Started at Dutch Public broadcaster VPRO TV as a buyer and co-producer of childrens programmes and films.As buyer of foreign childrens films for all Dutch broadcasters and editor of Dutch family films since 2005, she is now considered a specialized childrens film-expert in Holland.

Magali Montagnino is in charge of projects at Archipel 19, the cultural center of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe and Koekelberg. In this role, she is responsible for programming shows and films for schools, and more generally for events for young audiences and families. Trained in journalism and performing arts, Justine has collaborated with a number of film festivals (BSFF, FIFF, Anima...), focusing in particular on short films. In Huy, she co-organized Les Enfants terribles, devoted to young European cinema. For a long time in charge of communications at the Huy Cultural Center, she is now in charge of literary and audiovisual projects. What's her favorite thing? Sharing "small stories for larger collective imaginations", especially on the Ciné-club screen.
Bruno Hilgers

Bruno Hilgers recently joined the management team of the Cultural Center of Rochefort (CCR), after having worked for 20 years as coordinator of the educational department of Point Culture. He is a member of the organization team for several festivals, notably as a film selection jury member (Festival international Nature Namur, Festival A travers champ, FIFF). Favoring the presence of the production team in the theater as much as possible, he participates in the CCR's cinema programming: animated films, thematic projects and festivals.

Besides being a mother of three and having worked several years in the costume and creative field she has now, recognizably, turned her hobby into a profession. In addition, she is not only actively working for the FILMFEST HAMBURG since 2017 but also responsible for successfully establishing the section “Filmfest ums Eck” in 2019. As of 2021 she took on her current position as the head of the MICHEL Children´s and Youth Festival, which just recently celebrated their 20th anniversary.
